If Camp Super Duper is your desired choice for summer programming for your child, but are unable to meet the regular tuition requirements, there are two types of Financial Assistance options available:
1. Extended Payment Plan
Tuition is payable in installments with the balance typically being due before the start of camp. If you need a more protracted payment schedule, you may request that your payment schedule be extended past the start of camp and through the end of the summer.
To request an extended payment schedule, please contact us PRIOR to registering at firstname.lastname@example.org.
(You do not need to fill out the Financial Assistance Application for this option)
2. Scholarships / Financial Aid
A limited number of scholarship and reduced tuition spots are available each summer to families that are able to demonstrate need, on a first-come, first served basis.
To qualify for scholarship-based financial assistance, you must complete our online Financial Assistance Application.
Qualification is determined by an FACTS, outside agency that will process your application, review your financial documents and determine qualification.
There is a $35 fee for the processing of the application, which is paid directly to FACTS Tuition Aid (not to us). There is no way for us to waive this fee.
Things to know before applying for financial assistance:
Scholarships are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis
The maximum amount we are able to give to any applicant is a 50% reduction in tuition
Application does not guarantee you will receive aid
The $30 application fee (paid to FACTS) is non-refundable.
Deadline for Financial Aid applications is April 15, however, please note that aid is given on a first-come, first-served basis. And we encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible
